The calm and measured intro threw me a little bit, Bernie.

Well, it's a day.

Today's a big day. Calm and measured is not something I generally associate with you. So today's election day in the U.S., so we actually have a special plan for today. Today's episode, we're going to talk a little bit about some current events and things like that. And then Ashley and I, we're going to do an extra long podcast today where we're just kind of kind of sit and

chat for a while. Today will be a longer, definitely different episode of morning somewhere,

less structured, I'll say. If you remember our Patreon, it'll sound a little bit more like

our Saturday chats that we do sometimes. Yeah, so here's the idea. The idea is today's

election day in the U.S idea is today's election day,

uh, in the U.S., that can sometimes mean, uh, a lot of long lines, people waiting there to

practice democracy. Right. And we're going to be there to keep you company. We don't have any,

um, blistering commentary to offer, but what we can do is offer our company. Right. While you're waiting in line, if it's a long line, you know, we want to do whatever

we can to encourage people to go out and vote today so that what can we do? Well, we can

make, you know, a nice distraction while you're in line and make that time in line seem a little
