Heath, it is felt like a bit of a battle

that we've gone through to record this,

not in a bad way, but just a lot has happened in the six days since we first

sat down to try to record this season. Yes and I have to say that you know we we took a year long hiatus

from the podcast unplanned and it ended up being very nice for us to like take that mental break, the

creative content break, and so coming back to it having met so many obstacles,

I was still so excited to record even though our son ended up getting COVID on our drive home from Pennsylvania to North Carolina, which was a brutal drive and we stopped halfway and he was like so sick in the

hotel and then we got home he was still sick so we tested him for COVID. He was

positive so then last week he had to stay home all week and this is coming off a month of us

traveling to Argentina so he had not been to school to kindergarten since before

Thanksgiving and we come home and he's supposed to go back to school and he has a whole

week off when we're hoping to dive back into work. So excited to record the

podcast and you know even despite having some of those obstacles it was such a joy to come back and
