Hello, welcome to another episode of Pop Bear Hikes.

All right, 2023 is here, and based on the success and the positive feedback

we had with our 2022 Appalachian Trail Hikers, we've decided to add another group.

Now, you've heard the interviews with these people individually, and now we have

them together, just like we did with the AT group, we're bringing everybody

together so they can introduce themselves. And, you know, we had a great last

episode. I don't know if our guests were able to hear it, but it was it was like a

journey and everybody virtually got to know each other and it was a lot of fun.

And it I'm very excited to have in this group, somebody who was an art of art in 2022

group, Kevin and Leah, that's exciting that you guys now are hiking to PCT and

you're part of this group. Pretty excited to be a part of both groups. So let's

start off doing this. Let's not assume everybody's had an opportunity to hear

each other's episodes or to talk. I know that Nathan and Beverly have

communicated and while we were sending things up, they were able to have

conversations. So why don't we start with you, Nathan? Tell the group a little bit

about yourself. Yeah, I'm Nathan Cardin. I am going to be turning 40 on the trail.

I'm just excited. Yeah, turn 40, two weeks into my hike. I live in Los Angeles.
