In this episode of NFL First Thoughts, we'll talk about the Los Angeles Rams. And I'm tempted to make this a 26-second podcast episode and just tell you that the Rams very, very likely to be the worst team in football in 2020. Just end it right there, because I think it's the truth. But we'll go with a little more complex take that gives you a little more substance in this one.

0:25.7

So I think the Rams, not from a regular season win total perspective, but from a week-to-week

0:31.1

betting perspective could be a very enticing over-bett on a weekly basis.

2023 will be with them facing a deficit.

1:20.2

Where this gets very interesting is Sean McVeigh throughout his entire career has essentially

1:25.9

been three different coaches in one

1:29.1

depending on the scoreboard.

1:31.3

We know what he is when the game is close and competitive and what we call a neutral game

1:36.5

state within a touchdown.

1:38.1

He's a very high pass rate.

1:39.7

He plays right around an average pace, snap to snap, mainly because of all the pre-snap

1:43.9

motion he uses, and he of all the pre-snap motion he
