you an example. Let's say you're having a fight with someone that you love. You know you love them.

They know you love them. You know they love you. And they know that you know that they love you but this conversation has just

taken you to a place where you can't get past the walls that your personalities your egos have built

between you just in a moment knowing that's what the phrase, be still in know, just knowing.

You know, sometimes when we go through something like that, we say, this can't be happening.

This can't be real.

That comes from the place inside you, which knows that on some level it's not, that there's a realm behind the personality.

Behind the personality is the fact that we love each other.

And to me, prayer is a bridge.

It's a reconnection with the world in that moment. is the fact that we love each other. And to me, prayer is a bridge.

It's a reconnection with the world in that moment unseen, but which we have faith exists.
