I'm Alexandra Rogge, and we're kicking off 2024 by listening in on our annual FCPA

Year in Review webinar.

Our guest expert this year is Dan Kahn, former chief of the DOJ's FCPA unit, amongst other positions

there, and Kern partner with Davis Polk in Washington. Here's Dan. This past year has been a much

0:29.8

more active year on the enforcement side in terms of what we've been seeing. And so here is just

0:36.0

an overview of some of the areas that we were

1:41.6

There is a new head of DOJ's FCPA unit. That's David for. David has been

1:48.0

in the FCPA unit for a number of years now. I think he joined in 2013. And so he has a lot of

1:55.1

experience doing this. He worked at a law firm doing FCPA cases on the defense side for a number of
