Disney often provides us with inspiration throughout the year, and the same can be said as we turn the clocks to the New Year. 0:24.9	Matthew Krull, and you're listening to a special bonus episode of the Imagineer podcast. We're
0:30.8	about to turn the clocks to 2023, if you're listening to this podcast episode when it airs on
0:36.3	December 31st, 2022. And the new year
0:39.5	is a great time to reflect on the accomplishments we've made in the last year and some of the
0:44.8	goals that we have in mind for the year ahead. I talk at the end of every podcast episode about
0:50.6	the idea of making our dreams a reality and taking that first step to making our
0:56.4	dreams come true. Walt Disney had a quote, which is famous, that goes something like, it takes
1:02.6	a lot of courage to make our dreams come true. And it is true. It does take a lot of courage.
1:08.1	But I also feel like that quote can sometimes make us feel like maybe we're not courageous enough to make our dreams come true.
1:14.4	And I want to guarantee that you are.
1:17.3	If you are dreaming of making something a reality, it could be a huge goal, like starting a business or changing your career or making a move across the country.
1:29.3	Or it could be something as simple as taking a trip or learning a new skill.
1:33.3	Whatever those goals are, we often think that if we need to have this courage to make it come true,
1:39.3	that maybe it's more courage than we have.
1:42.3	I like to simplify things and instead of thinking about the courage to making our dreams
1:46.3	come true, just taking the time.
1:49.1	Carving out some time in your day to make your dreams come true is all it takes.
1:54.0	In 2023, I want to encourage you to think a little bit less about the courage required
1:58.8	and a little bit more about the time and the thought
2:01.5	required to make your dreams come true and know that you are definitely courageous enough
2:05.8	and you are capable enough to make those dreams come true. Rather than just share some of my
