We do this every year featuring different people.

It occurred to myself and then Chad and Eric as well that we had never had, and I think

this is true.

I don't think we'd ever had the executive director,

Scott Keith, as a guest on the program. We don't do a lot of guests. This isn't like a guest

heavy show, so we don't have a lot of guests, but the Christmas special is when we do. I don't

think we'd ever had Scott on. And it turns out that Scott actually likes to talk about the

Bible. I discovered this while hosting a show with him called Tough Text.

You know, we thought he just wanted to talk about, like, confessional documents and, like,

history and, you know, just like real theology, not just like the Bible, but turns out that

Scott is a guy that also really enjoys the Bible.

In fact, mate, is this safe to say, Scott, that as you've been doing

like Bible studies and Sunday school classes, more that you're like have maybe got to the

point where you would prefer to do like a study on the book of the Bible than just some document?

Yeah, it's certainly more to the core of what I think's important. So yeah.

Well, so there it is. There's Scott. So welcome to the show, Scott. We were trying to figure out what we're going to do.

We decided that we were going to go try to do the first 18 verses of the Gospel of John.

Now, you might be like, hey, haven't Dan and Eric done the gospel John?

We have, but of course, Chad's going to bring something that we didn't bring, because that's what Chad does.

And of course, Scott's going to bring something that we didn't bring.
