Ooh, I'm looking at my voice waves today as they're being recorded before I click out of that.

And they're looking real symmetrical and real good.

That's always a great sign.

That's going to be a good episode.

And then I'm in better health, which is fantastic because, unfortunately, for you guys, this is not a great update.

I thought about beginning it with a little bit of like a joke, but I realized I can't. I just don't have it in me.

Hello? Last update was vindicating for me, and I got to do a victory hobble, but this update, unfortunately, is going to be pretty dark.

This update, as opposed to saying, well, I knew I was right.

I just couldn't prove it. And look at the breakdown of our system in this

very clear way with the CDC and the WHO. And that got very relevant this week with the WHO

still pushing masks and the CDC backing off with local health officials pushing masks. And

lots of doctors in America saying, well, maybe there shouldn't be a mask policy. Maybe people should just fucking wear a mask. So there's a lot of confusion out there. And as a layman, that I, again, I don't particularly enjoy it. But yes, I feel vindication. Is that small of me? Is that petty? I think so. If you're kind enough to give me a pass on it, thank you. I don't think that that's the best side of me where I'm like, well, I tell you that the system's broken, and then the system just shows you how fractured it is, that it just comes, comes at you like a kaleidoscope. You know, that's, it is,icating. It's, I've gotten a lot of pushback for this.

I've gotten a lot of hate mail and I've gotten a lot of, you know, frustrated comments over the last 18

months for this. And, you know, a lot of people are just so done with it. Not me in particular, but just it, just COVID, reading about it, thinking

about it, wondering about it, and it just has to be over for them. And for you especially, I'm just

saying maybe opt out of this episode, because this is looking forward without trying to predict the way that newspapers do, that media asks experts to do,

I'm going to look forward.

And I'm going to use seismology as the analogy here.

And that is to say, I'm not trying to say on July 17th, there's going to be an earthquake,

and it's going to be 8.2 magnitude, and it's going to kill between 100 and 1,000 people on the

West Coast, right?
