sleepers, all that good stuff. But let's not waste any more time. Let's jump into the Honda Classic.

The Honda Classic has been held every year since 1972,

and it's usually the first leg of the Florida swing until this year.

And of course, that does have scheduling implications,

which we are going to talk about in just a minute.

The purse for this event, $7 million with $1.2 going to the winner last year.

That was Sung-J. M. hanging on to fend off Tommy Fleetwood, to fend off McKenzie Hughes,

and anybody else who was making a run at him.

2019 led to a long shot winner.

That was Keith Mitchell.

2018 produced Justin Thomas as the victor.

2017 was Ricky Fowler and 2016 was Adam Scott.

This field of 140 golfers will be cut down to the top 65 and ties after 36 holes.

And it's being headlined by Daniel Berger, Sung J.M, and Joaquin Neiman.

Now, this is the natural resting point in the schedule for a lot of the big name players.
