We're returning to Silicon Valley in person, an effective manager conference and an effective communicator conference.

We're doing our best to find spots where the mask rules and the county rules and the city rules and the state rules all allow us to have in-person training.

If you feel comfortable traveling, certainly for in Silicon Valley, we encourage you to join us.

Because open to opportunities has been around since before I was a professional.

It is a way of thinking that most people don't realize they can be while still being employed.

But pre-searching sounds like something that was invented by a blogger.

I have no information about the source, but let me explain how it was explained to me.

So companies plans for their workforce returning to work in the office run the gamut from keeping everyone at home and closing offices to bringing everyone back on a drop dead date and large companies are making very public decisions and publicizing what they're doing.
