Hey everyone I hope you're having an amazing Monday. I'm just popping on here to give you a couple of updates because quite a few folks have asked for how we can connect in real life, in real time,

and share real space.

So as you all know, I had a baby back in September

and I am finally getting back to work, travel, teaching, all of that good stuff.

I have two big retreats coming up, one in May at 1440 Multiversity.

It's a writing retreat that I'm actually co-teaching

with one of your favorite podcast guest,

Yasmin Cheyenne, who is also, as you know,

a life coach and spiritual teacher and we are going to be diving deep

through our writing practice and energy work in the middle of the Redwoods in

Northern California and I can't wait. It is going to be my second

time teaching at 1440 and it's truly one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had and I hope that you will join me.

We have about 20 spots left.
