| 0:42.7 | why do I keep attracting the same types of people? Why do I find myself in the same feelings? |
| 0:47.2 | Right? They're all patterns and they all begin generally with a core event, usually in our |
| 0:52.5 | childhood. And also patterns of how our family systems operate |
| 0:56.2 | and who we are in our family system. And then how do we take that role? We often take that role, |
| 1:01.5 | and then we enter that role in romantic relationships. And so there's very much something about |
| 1:06.9 | oscillating in the familiar. Vienna is an absolute rock star master at helping people |
| 1:15.1 | discover what created their relational patterns. And how do you change them, right? Because |
| 1:21.2 | that's, of course, much more important is like, identify the pattern, change it. And she has an |
| 1:27.2 | incredible course called Origins of You. |
| 1:29.7 | She is just a brilliant teacher, one of my best friends. She's incredible. So I wanted to share this |
| 1:36.5 | webinar discussion because we answered questions and they were just, it was just a great discussion. |
| 1:41.4 | We both got to go off and jam and share what our thoughts were on each position. |
| 1:46.8 | And I know you love the Q&As and exploring actual people's circumstances. |
