Recently I had the absolute honor of being on a webinar discussing patterns.

And we were talking about that, you know, if like so many of our relationships are really just

patterns. The way we communicate is pattern, right? The cycles of

if we have the same fights over and over again, all these types of things, the choices we make,

why do I keep attracting the same types of people? Why do I find myself in the same feelings?

Right? They're all patterns and they all begin generally with a core event, usually in our

childhood. And also patterns of how our family systems operate

and who we are in our family system. And then how do we take that role? We often take that role,

and then we enter that role in romantic relationships. And so there's very much something about

oscillating in the familiar. Vienna is an absolute rock star master at helping people

discover what created their relational patterns. And how do you change them, right? Because

that's, of course, much more important is like, identify the pattern, change it. And she has an
