1:06.6	Recruiting Center at TechSystems. Nina, first, why don't you tell me a little bit about your
1:11.1	background and what you do at TechSystems? Sure, I started with a company a little over 16 years
1:16.5	ago, and I have spent my entire career actually on the recruiting side. So we built out the
1:24.2	National Recruiting Center, which is a team of virtual recruiters all across the country to really
1:27.9	focus in on specialized skill sets, meaning we specifically focus on verticals, such as healthcare
1:34.5	government services, and then we also have skill set specialized recruiters, EA, DA, and I.
1:40.9	We also have risk and security, digital and creative. So I've got about 165 people on my team
1:46.8	all across the country, and they really have the opportunity to recruit either on a regional
1:52.0	or national basis and stay very specialized within their skill sets. Great, well, looking forward to
