Recruiting Center at TechSystems. Nina, first, why don't you tell me a little bit about your

background and what you do at TechSystems? Sure, I started with a company a little over 16 years

ago, and I have spent my entire career actually on the recruiting side. So we built out the

National Recruiting Center, which is a team of virtual recruiters all across the country to really

focus in on specialized skill sets, meaning we specifically focus on verticals, such as healthcare

government services, and then we also have skill set specialized recruiters, EA, DA, and I.

We also have risk and security, digital and creative. So I've got about 165 people on my team

all across the country, and they really have the opportunity to recruit either on a regional

or national basis and stay very specialized within their skill sets. Great, well, looking forward to
