Dr Baraki. So this is a good question because a lot of people, this is an issue that a lot of people have in terms of having low self-efficacy and a lot of it has to do with social

cultural understandings of health and health promotion and health care.

These are people who end up being they end up utilizing a lot of health care in general.

For almost any symptom that they have,

they may end up making an appointment or coming in

or going to the ER or the hospital or something like that.

And it's out of their own concern of what does this mean and I need treatment for this or I need you know

experiencing a symptom means something is wrong and that means that something needs to be fixed.

That is something that is very difficult to assess or manage or kind of work on, so to speak,

in that particular setting, in that acute setting, like if they come to the hospital,

that's not the place or the time to do that, mainly because they're so worried about what
