which is the most important abortion decision to come down from the Supreme Court,

that was a bullshit, that was a shitty decision for us.

But since 1992, Planned Parenthood versus Casey, for certain, Texas passed this law,

HB2, it contained multiple provisions, a lot of terrible provisions, two of which were challenged by a clinic in...

Where is it? The clinic is in Austin. It's not in Austin. Anyway, it's a clinic run by Amy Hachram Miller,

who's awesome, but these two provisions are as follows. One, it requires doctors to maintain

admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles of the location of the abortion,

and two, it required abortion clinics to be retrofitted to comply with standards that are applicable

to ambulatory surgical centers, which is a fancy word for an inpatient surgical center, or out,

excuse me, outpatient surgical center. The first admitting privileges laws have been passed
