Welcome everyone. I have a fantastic rerun for you today. I just wanted to talk to you for a minute or so before we get to it.

Today, of course, I'm taking time off for the holiday weekend. As hopefully you heard, I certainly have some criticisms about the way America sort of sees itself as unabashedly the freest and best country in the history of humanity.

While we certainly have some problems of our own that we need to look in the mirror about. However, one thing I do not have a criticism about is long holiday weekends.

So hopefully everyone listening from the United States had some sort of a good time off vacation-ish sort of thing happen from their work.

And hopefully everyone else from around the world just has a nice uneventful July going on. This is making me wonder though, I don't know how people in the UK and I don't mean to pile on with Brexit and everything.

But people in the UK I'm curious how you see things like the Fourth of July in America.

I sort of assume places around the world celebrate their independence from the UK and I would sort of guess that that happens on a regular basis.

Like I'd be interested in the perspective of some people from Great Britain about other people around the world constantly celebrating their independence from you. It must be sort of interesting.

But now of course for the reason I've brought you all here today, I want to remind you quickly about the gigantic summer fundraiser have gone on.

I've never tried to do a fundraiser like this before doing sort of two things at once. If I was the sort of person who used the word synergy unironically, I would be using it to talk about this fundraiser.

What I'm doing is my normal annual climate ride fundraiser where I try to raise about $5,500 or so to give to excellent climate change organizations.

But at the same time I realized, you know, maybe I can help that along and maybe help myself a little bit get the show on good financial footing by doing a tofer.

So if you sign up to support climate ride and become a member of the show all at once, then I sweeten the deal by throwing in a free t-shirt or if you sign up at a slightly higher membership level, you can even get a sweatshirt.

So what you do is very simple, you go to bestoflifetime.com, there's a big banner there, you can't possibly miss it, go to the big summer fundraiser and click through, you donate at least $25 to climate ride and then go again, same bestoflifetime website and go to the membership page and become a member at any level there.

Once you have done those two things, you are guided to a apparel site where you just choose the shirt or sweatshirt that you want. You don't have to pay at that point because of course that's the free gift you get, that gets submitted to us and all of those will be sent out in October.

I think it should be about as simple as it sounds. If you have any questions, go to the website, it all should be laid out there in a way that will explain away any questions you may have.
