| 0:36.9 | See if you can sense a bit of an uplift at the outer corners of the eyes, letting the eyes smile. |
| 0:47.9 | The brow is smooth. |
| 0:52.9 | The eyes are receptive, soft. |
| 0:59.9 | Slight smile at the mouth. |
| 1:03.9 | See if you can feel the inside of the mouth smiling too. |
| 1:10.9 | The corners of the eyes are slight smile at the mouth, inside of the mouth smiling. |
| 1:21.9 | Relax right to the root of the tongue, |
| 1:29.9 | feeling the tingling and vibrating at the face, scalp and skullities, |
| 1:45.9 | feeling the throat filling the neck, |
| 1:49.9 | and the space and aliveness inside the neck area. |
| 2:02.9 | Feel the smile spreading through the heart, |
| 2:07.9 | and sensing that that can create some space for whatever is in the heart area. |
| 2:24.9 | Letting that space widen and open out so that the shoulders can relax a little, sensing the shoulders falling away from the neck. |
| 2:40.9 | Bringing the whole awareness inside the shoulders. |
| 2:46.9 | See if it's possible to loosen and soften. |
| 2:52.9 | Ice melting to water. |
| 2:58.9 | You feel that ice melting. |
| 3:06.9 | Ice to water and water to gas. |
| 3:16.9 | See if you can feel the space and aliveness inside the shoulders, |
