Summary

| 1:01.7 | of acceptance of change and with that acceptance of change it enables more of an appreciation |

| 1:09.2 | That's one way of understanding this. |
| 1:12.5 | And as we know, the main theme of our lives is change. |
| 1:17.3 | Everything keeps changing and rumor has it that upon leaving the garden, Eve said to |
| 1:24.3 | Adam, my dear, we are living in a time of transition. |
| 1:33.4 | But doesn't it always feel that way? |
| 1:35.6 | I mean, at any time in your life it feels like, wow, I'm really in the midst of a lot of |
| 1:39.4 | transition. |
| 1:40.4 | There's a sense of that for many of us. |
| 1:45.6 | And that, well, changes if you really look close, it's unseasingly creative, the unfold |
| 1:53.5 | in. |
| 1:55.5 | There's also, if you take it from the perspective of the separate self, there's always a shadow |
| 2:01.1 | there of this kind of looming sense of loss. |
| 2:06.0 | And you know, for what I mean is that anything that's born dies, which includes us. |
