Cancun in Mexico, and the subject is yesterday's news. It's about as relevant to most Western

governments and news organisations as brown people dying in a country with no oil. The job

with the COP16 conference is there are so many nations seeking consensus that are all

trying to make sure that it's fair. It's very much like when you go for a curry with too

many people, and then when the bill comes at the end, it's always the same.
