That's the headspace that I am in. Good morning, good evening, good afternoon. Hi, worlds. Hello. It's been a while since we've been here. You guys don't feel that way. But for us, the last three episodes that we had, we recorded pretty ahead of time. And so for us, it's been a couple weeks since we recorded. I hope that you guys listened to and loved the episodes with Jeremy Barniak and Helen Reevee. If you have not listened to

those episodes, really recommend you go back and do that. We've had so much feedback on Helen's

episode that it was their favorite episode ever. I'm just saying I know how everyone feels about

like guests and people like joining the show they're like uh it's not always

like it's hard to hear guests because i know everybody wants to hear us talk but like we hear enough

of ourselves talk so helen you guys do you have plenty of us too yeah probably people are sitting here

being like actually please bring more guests we're talking of you guys it's been too much oh yeah

world have gotten pretty intense. Well, things are always intense, but like, really, there's,

the world has been really horrible. The news has been horrible. Everything that's going on in

the world in Israel, everything that has happened. I mean, there's, there's a lot of things. And

specifically in the past week and a half, two weeks as of this episode recording. Absolutely. So,

you know, it's hard in the day and age of social media where I saw something that somebody
