Radio Mano, Papa Tzango.

Hey everybody.

To me again, just taking a break from the writing, actually I'm using

using excuse, you're my excuse to get away from thinking for a few

minutes. And also I've got some emails that have I've been wanting to

address for a while and they're sort of languishing and as you'll

hear, they're the kind of emails that I don't really want to

ignore. And so I want to get back to them or get to them as soon as

possible. So those things conspire. And so here I am with a little

episode of what am I calling this? I guess this is a Roma, this is a

ranting out my ass episode. Okay, so let's get right into it.

Here's one that came in a while ago. I'm going to there will be

pauses as I read it because I want to make sure this person isn't

identifiable. This from a dude. I guess he came across my work. He

saw my TED talk. And anyway, he says he's in his mid 30s. He's

been struggling with panic attacks and anxiety disorders since he

was 12 years old. I've always been a very clever and smart guy.

Good grades in school, good at playing music, passionate about

reading and very curious about the world, every aspect of life.

Nonetheless, I've never been happy or serene in my life so far. I've

had many terrible moments when I was barely able to get out of
