Hello, lovely audience, how are you today?

I'm fine, thanks for asking.

This will be the last episode being broadcast from this little boat on Grand Canadien.

I leave in a few days.

It's been an interesting summer out here on the island.

I've learned a lot.

One of the things I learned is that no matter how much solitude I give myself,

the work I need to do will still expand to fill the space available to it.

That just seems to be the way things are.

So yes, I'm scrambling here in the last few days to finish up the manuscript.

But it seems to be in pretty good shape.

I think I've got everything more or less in order.

We'll see.

My editor will tell me that.

But I think so.

Yeah, I've been thinking about some interesting things recently.

But before I get into that, let's talk about this episode.

It's episode 200.

When I did episode 100 with Cassie, we sort of spontaneously said,

hey, let's come back and we'll do episode 200 and she said sure.
