As telecommunications expert Ted Stevens once explained, the internet is a series of twos.

Now, currently everything moves through those twos. It's pretty much the same rate.

Like, if you've got a packet of information from a major corporation like Google,

that information gets exactly the same treatment as say a packet from a little startup company

like John Stuart's head on Mario Lopez is about to get a f***ing phone, unicorn.net.

.net. I was going to have that .com, but it was already taken, so I got .net.

Weird thing is, I only had to photoshop the head part of that.

All right. Right now, the FCC is considering this issue called net neutrality.

The internet service providers, your Comcast, your ATTs, would like net neutrality not to happen,

so they would have the ability to decide which content and websites would get the preferential

treatment. For instance, let's say Comcast would buy NBC or something like that. Then they might

let NBC shows come to your computer really, really fast while making CBS and ABC shows go a little

bit more slowly. Nothing of what to say they might do with a less wealthy site like John Stuart's
