A woman is walking home from a nice night out with friends when she hears footsteps behind her.

Seconds later, a man catches up with her and pushes her to the ground. She is brutally attacked and raped. The man beats her and chokes her.

But finally, she's able to get away. This is the first of several attacks against women

by a man that kept the city of Umio in fear for almost a decade. A serial rapist who got the name

the Haga man because of the area he attacked him.
