1:18.7 | I think the first step is acknowledging the pain, acknowledging the problem. Like right now, |
1:25.4 | we're talking about racism and acknowledging that exists, |
1:30.4 | you know, and acknowledging things like white supremacy and things like that that exist that |
1:35.7 | people don't really want to talk about, you know, talking about politics that are all over |
1:41.3 | their place right now, but it's happening. And I know a lot of times, especially |
1:45.1 | even in the wellness community and the yoga community, we're going to push those things to the |
1:49.6 | side and we don't really only talk about it's kind of messy. And the beautiful part of life |
1:58.2 | in our human experience is that we have an opportunity to heal, but we can't heal |
2:04.8 | if we don't know that there's a problem. |
2:06.7 | You'll never put a band-aid on a cut or allow a chance to heal if you don't know it's |
2:10.9 | there. |
2:12.5 | And I feel that the first step to community healing or collective healing is acknowledging the problem. |
