And a lot of you are not in school, but you're probably gearing up to start back in a few weeks and you might be thinking

When I was a nursing student, I was really confident

Just to even get into the program, you had to be on top of your game. You know how to do this. You know

But clinicals is a whole other thing and if you haven't spent any time in a hospital as a volunteer or

CNA, then walking into a hospital for that first day

as a clinical student can be so terrifying and nerve-wracking.

I remember when I was a student we had our preclinical conference every morning before we went up to the floors and it was I think we had to be there about 6.30 in the morning, 6.15.
