| 1:06.2 | And before I get into all of that, I just want to say that if you're struggling with case studies, if you find that they're taking you forever because you're all over the place with what you're looking up, what you're writing about, what you're trying to learn. |

| 1:28.3 | And if you're also just studying in general, you know, a certain disease process and you feel like, oh my gosh, there's so much |

| 1:49.6 | and it made remembering the things I needed to remember so much easier. |

| 2:00.0 | as I go along and as I take care of patients. So this is called L'Ate, just like the coffee, |
| 2:08.0 | though it has really nothing to do with coffee except that when I came up with it, I was sitting at my desk and really struggling with |

| 2:21.0 | And I looked at the coffee sitting on my desk and I thought, there's got to be a way for me to organize my thinking. |
| 2:28.0 | And I came up with L-A-T-E-N-T-E-N-T-E. So that is an acronym you guys and that is L A T T E. |
