Don't really know what the title of this one is going to be. I know what I want to talk about,

0:12.4

but how am I going to title it? How will I get the most traction? But it's all about how

0:17.5

cigarettes, alcohol and drugs can negatively impact your health and fitness goals,

0:26.9

your weight training ability, your performance goals, etc., etc. So I'll have to figure out how

0:32.7

to title that one later. But guys, I'm talking to you on several platforms here, iTunes, Spotify, Google Play.

0:41.0

What else is there? Stitcher and other millennial channels that this old dog doesn't really know

0:49.4

about. YouTube. We're on YouTube. I know that one. I've seen me on that. So I know that exists.

0:57.2

Anything else? Spotify? Said that. Don't have a Spotify account, I don't think. Maybe I do. I don't know.

1:04.8

iTunes is far advanced in me. I do like it, but I do like the old vinyl. But I don't think this

1:46.3

People do think that. They see this guy, sometimes a different colored hair, goes through

1:51.2

midlife crisis on a weekly basis, has a mohawk covered in tattoos, and I think that I party.

1:57.7

I tell you what, I'm such a fuddy-duddy. I stay at home. I don't party at all.

2:03.4

You know, I've, I've been known to stay up after 10 p.m. You know, even on a school night.

2:09.5

But that's pretty much as far as it goes. I just don't, I'm not badass. I just like to look badass.

2:17.0

Smoking. Smoking causes a shortness of breath to begin with.

2:22.8

So it decreases the lung capacity and lowers the ability to feed oxygen to the muscles.

2:29.6

So our muscles are feeding on nutrient rich blood and oxygen rich blood. Now, if we are removing or lowering

2:39.1

a lot of that oxygen that is feeding that muscle, obviously that muscle is not going to be fed.
