Welcome back to So Money, everyone. I'm your host Farnouche Tarabi. We're going to tackle that question and many more in this weekend's edition of Ask Far Nouche. Now, it's just me this weekend, my brother Todd, many of you are big fans unfortunately not

here with us today because good for him he's at the Super Bowl we talked about

his dream of going to the Super Bowl and it turns out his favorite team the Patriots

are in this year Super Bowl so he saved up and made some trade-offs and he bought his

Super Bowl ticket went by himself to Phoenix, and there he is this weekend.

Charmaine she asks what is a good way to figure out what you value most when it comes to money and

spending.

Charmaine, this is a very, very, very good question,

and I think what you first want to do,

because I agree, money is meaningless.

Money is sort of abstract unless we attach it to our values. So what are our values? What do we

want in life and how can we make our money support those things? Well first I'd say figure out where you want to be

in the next year and in the next five years and that should give you a good sense of what your values are.
