If they don't have proximity to fellow big thinkers,

if they don't have proximity to ideas and shortcuts to save them time and money,

if they don't have an environment to support them to cheer them on to tell them yes your idea is good you should do this if they don't have an environment that supports their ability to take risks if they don't have an environment to for someone to kick them back in the game when they run up against the wall because they're going to

run up against the wall. That's going to cause them to fail.
