Thank you for joining us today. I'm Sarah Stone Street, along with Erin Kunkel. And our guest today is Dr. Joe Battali. She is the dean of students at Zacharias Institute and an itinerant speaker for that ministry, RZIM. She was a speaker in Europe for RZIM,

where she also served in teaching and pastoral roles

at Oxford Center for Christian Apologetics.

She has many credentials behind her name,

including a theology MA

and a master's in biblical interpretation.

And her doctoral dissertation is so intriguing.

I can't wait to tell you guys the topic.

It is how female beauty is depicted in the Old Testament.

And I am excited to delve deeper into that with Joe today. But we are so thankful that

you're on with us today, Joe. Oh, it's so fun to be here. That's for having me on the show. I'm excited.

So Joe, we would love to have a little bit of history on you. We've heard what you're doing right now.

So if you would just talk us through, walk us

through your history where you grew up, your parents, your home life, and then where you are now.

Sure. I'd love to you. You can tell by the accent, I'm not native to these shores. I'm currently

live in Atlanta,

but my status at the moment with the American government is resident alien,

which is super flattering.
