Chad, we took a break last episode,

not really a break, but we took a little pit stop

in the Psalms to cover Psalm 51,

David's Psalm of repentance.

And now we're back in the narrative and this is where we see some of the ramifications of sin and it would be nice if it was just well that that was a low part of David's life and everything was just up and up and up and up from that point on but that is not how it goes living life in a sinful world and so

David has got he's got the absolution he's got forgiveness but he's still got some

things to suffer.

Yeah, this is not a this is not easy section to to cover.

Maybe we did Psalm 51 so we could have a week break before we actually had to deal with this particular story.

I mean, it's like a lot of stories in scripture.

It's difficult to read, it's difficult to talk about, it's difficult to read it's difficult to talk about it's difficult to really to come to grips with
