Summary

“The Word of God is not only divine, it is human—like the Lord Jesus who was both God and man. It deals with human life, yet it is God speaking to men and women in a language they can understand.” That’s some of the great truth we hear from our teacher, Dr. J. Vernon McGee. Get more of Peter’s advice to “Jewish Christians” in his day, and see how his words also apply to us today.

Music is a subject in which I'm not proficient and I certainly am not knowledgeable.

and why do they have these keys?

1:25.5

And I began to make inquiries, and I found that I wasn't the only one that was

1:31.9

ignorant to why they are black and white keys on the piano. I finally found a woman that had been

a concert pianist, and she gave me some information. And apparently there's a technical reason for the black keys.

1:48.4

The piano would be much longer without them if they're all white.

1:53.4

And it would be very dull music if we played only the white keys

1:58.4

or if we played only the black keys. Both colors are apparently

2:03.7

essential to having good, harmonious, and exciting music. You see, much study of the Bible

2:12.1

is out of tune because some people play on the white keys and some are playing on the black keys.

2:19.4

Well, if you want to think of the Old Testament as being black keys and the New Testament,
