just if you're surrounded with friends. Even if you've started reconnecting with a small

group of friends and even if you've started quarantining in a small group and getting

together again, this is really, really important because for a lot of people, it's been hard

to figure out how to reconnect. Right? How many of you are struggling to have just a normal

face to face conversation? Maybe you are, maybe you're not, but it's so important that we

learn how to find more love and connection in our lives, especially post pandemic. And
