All right, let's get started. Verse one. In the 17th year of Pecca, the son of Ramalia, Ahaz, the son of Yotham, king of Judah, began to reign.

Ahaz, verse 2, was 20 years old when he became king, and he reigned 16 years in Jerusalem,

and he did not do what was right in the sight of the Lord His God, as his father David had done.
