episode. I feel like nowadays we're so used to people trying to influence us, you know, eat what they're eating and buy what they're wearing or using and do their exercises and it just is rare to be

around somebody who inherently makes you want to do everything they're doing without trying.

And Kelsey Wells definitely has that effect. She had that effect on me three years ago when I started my own journey with wellness and

she has that effect on me today and judging by her 2 million plus Instagram followers and however

many people are doing her power or power at home programs on the Sweat app.
