Rob and I have been on a gut healing mission for the past almost year and a half

and it's night and day from when we started. I think back or look back on old photos from before he and I

started working together and it's really shocking to me now to see the extreme bloating and to remember the really acute

digestive issues that I was suffering from because that was my norm back then so it didn't really phase me but
