So let's talk about, so as we should say, we should start over and say that Teresa and I go way back. We started at Ford, the car

company a long time ago. We started in the same training group and I've kept in touch

over the years and it's been really exciting to see the different projects that have come and gone.

And so she's been a high achiever in a career at Ford, but when she went to go get her MBA kind of I feel like her

Yeah, so Ford Motor Company have been there for eight years and as you know it wasn't exactly the easiest eight years considering what was going on with the economy and I went back to get my MBA because I was unsure about
