And like most of the things I talk about here on the podcast, you guys, this is very much applicable to your fitness training, to your nutrition, to your sleep habits, to your relationship, to your career, and pretty much every other arena of your life. Because as we know, there's a lot of truth inside sports and fitness that are applied to the real world. And everything, as we say, is fitness and everything isn't fitness because we always ask the question |

| 1:40.4 | rock bottom in terms of, you know, health, being depressed, kind of lost, didn't know which direction to go. Some of those cards were dealt to me, but my attitude towards them was 100% my own. And up front, admittedly, I didn't have a great attitude towards it. I got pissed off and would be like, you know, why me? Why does this happen? But I wasn't looking at it the correct way and sometimes it's tough to hear that and so |
