there's nothing in here except a chair and a yoga mat and myself my body.

Hey folks, today's guest is my friend and MMA trainer and comedian,

hilarious comedian Diego Lopez.

He is a great guy, and this is a special episode

because this is actually the first episode

I ever recorded.

I recorded it on November 5th, 2019 in my living room here at my apartment in

Astoria, Queens. Diego and I trained this day. he showed me some moves, some punching and kicking and grappling,

some Jiu-Jitsu, no offense. And then I came home and showered up, he showered at the gym, and came over here to the house and we recorded

this episode.

And I think it's a good one, I enjoyed it.

We talk a lot about fighting in a metaphorical sense often. In fact, I say it's a metaphor about 500 times and I even

allude to the fact that it might be annoying.

I also just re-listened a little bit and I say right too much.

I'm going to work on that going forward.

Almost everything he says, I say, right, right. But here's the thing, he is right. He's a very smart guy.
