Out of Norfolk, Nebraska, a Grand Island man charged after being caught inside a bathroom with chocolate milk and lotion after burglarizing a church has taken a plea deal.

Shot back in September. Gregory Major, 34, pleaded no contest in attempt to burglary in possession of a controlled substance.

According to the affidavit, in last September, Norfolk Police, officer responded to Grace Lutheran Church regarding a report of man trespassing inside the church.

When the officers arrived, they determined Major had closed, used a closed but unsecured door to enter the church.

The affidavit said the officers located majors inside a family bathroom with an empty gallon container of chocolate milk, a trash

bag full of church items, and the affidavit said Major was also in possession of a bottle of lotion

belonging to the church, which he used for sexual purposes. I guess he got horny while he's

busting the church and saw the lotion just took care of himself. Well, after you're down a gallon
