Well, let me tell you what the Supreme Court is doing.

They're taking up a case of a Colorado web designer who refuses to help gay people in designing their website.

And she does marriage websites, if you will, wedding website designs,

and she won't do it for gay people.

And of course, she's been sued saying, you're discriminating against us, the gay people,

and that is illegal and it's unconstitutional.

And the argument, this is a little different.

This argument may actually fly.

This is akin to the Colorado case with the cupcakes.

You remember the bakery that wouldn't sell wedding cupcakes to gay people?

And they got out of it by just eliminating that what they manufacture, what they offer,

what they bake.

And the argument was, their argument was it was a religious belief, we're talking about

the cupcake baker, saying it was our religious belief and the wedding cakes that we do,

the cupcakes has our design and therefore it is a First Amendment

right. We are expressing our opinion, our creation. And the court said, I don't think so.

This one is the web designer is saying, it's all about my design. It's all about my creativity.
