What are duck eggs?

They're eggs that are produced by ducks. Oh. The egg that a duck is born from? I've never had duck eggs. Did you eat? Is that something you would eat? Oh, yeah. They're eggs or eggs, I get them. But where would they serve duck eggs as opposed to chicken eggs? Oh, I don't know. You probably have to find a specialty shop. They're much richer and much larger than chicken eggs. Very good over easy. Have you tried any other kind of egg? Duck, quail, fish. Ostrich?

Quail eggs, yeah. I've had fish eggs, yeah. That's caviar. I had fish eggs last night because I had a bunch of, um, I was just going to say there's a sushi

rule that has a raw quail egg on it that I've had before. Yeah. And how was that? So we're going to, can you buy duck eggs at the grocery store? I don't think so. I've never seen them. I remember an order online. You have to go to a duck farm? Three bucks a piece. I remember being at like a high-end, like a white tablecloth kind of restaurant.

If I could make a duck egg even bigger, like if I could make the yolk even bigger, that's a hell of a dippy right there. Yeah. Well, they served like, they served like an over-easy duck egg on top of a pile of fries. Oh, my God. You know, you cut it open and let that all drip down through the fries. And you got lashed up the georch on that one. Yeah. Does that taste different than a chicken egg? We didn't have it. I just remember seeing it on the menu. So in Macedonia was talking to them about how, like, where the closest grocery store was.
