Ramstein Air Base in Germany to make a second or

third presentation of his victory plan that was presented in Washington or perhaps there's augmenting the victory plan.

As I recall, it had to do with money,

certainly had to do with weaponry arsenals.

And it had to do with the sort of things that are available to Brussels but haven't

happened yet that is membership in NATO membership in the EU. I'm keen on your

thoughts about the victory plan because it suggests there's a plan for the

battlefield something that can drive the Russians out of Dunbar. We just have a
