understand. The question raised does the Colorado Supreme Court have the

authority to ban Donald Trump's name from the primary ballot in Colorado.

We can presume that if he's banned from the primary ballot,

he will not be on the national election ballot.

That's a presumption.

However, the Supreme Court says that it will hear oral arguments.
