where addressing what was a week past, a spectacular and frightening moment of a television station being taken over by armed gang

that was looking to disrupt the national understanding of order in the streets in the capital of

Kito.

I saw a video right afterwards of people rambling around seeking a way out of the capital fearing that police would collapse

and there would be no protection for their homes from the drug gangs.

A week later, Professor Avidels is here with me and he has a new piece up the Ecuador

security challenge.

Yes, however, right now Panama's center front, the border guards in Panama, are reporting that the number

one nationality traversing the dangerous Darien gap is Venezuela. Number two is Ecuador replacing

Haiti and Cuba of recent years. Why are they fleeing Ecuador in record numbers

taking that risk through the Darien gap hoping to find a way

to the southern border and into the United States. It's part of the drug story that

rips apart the whole of the Andean chain.

The professor's referenced it and he's also used a magic name, Korea.

Professor Korea is a man who is under jail sentence, I believe, from Ecuador for corruption when he was in office for many years.

He also dealt ineffectively with the Chinese. They built a dam project for him that is cracking apart as we speak.

And he had a major candidate in the recent presidential election that Nuboa outlasted. However, is Kurea now part of this story of the drug gangs and the people

fleeing? Does this suit Korea? Does this suit the drug gangs that people are running away from Ecuador?
