0:34.1	1000 Hours Outside. And I'm so, I've been so excited about this because I've been a fan of this author for such a long time. I read his book called Wanting. It's about mimetic desire, which is a phrase I didn't even really know about. Like, why do we want so much? You know, it's like a really interesting topic. So it's called Wanting the Power of Memetic Desire in Everyday Life. So I've been a fan for a long time.

1:07.9	Oh my gosh, Jenny. I'm so glad to be here. I'm a new father of a two and a half year
1:12.2	old daughter and a four and a half month old daughter. And this is like, I'm kind of here to learn, too.
1:18.6	So I'm looking forward to talking to you about all these things. So this book is really interesting.
1:23.6	You kick it off with, okay, there's a couple of things that are really interesting about the book.
1:27.7	It's got some parts that are kind of different.
1:29.7	And when you, you know, you read a lot of books, you're like most books are kind of the same.
1:34.2	How could someone have a little bit of twist on like writing a book?
1:38.1	But you have almost like this memoir piece of your parents that is sprinkled throughout. So there's that story. I thought that was a
1:46.7	really interesting way to write a book. And you have these probes. So each chapter kicks off with

2:00.7	love if you would talk about where did those ideas come from to like do it a little different?
