We have had a lot of conversations on this show about how every child is different and how especially

for kids with ADHD or other learning differences, the world can feel a little overwhelming

and she described that feeling so well that back and forth between I know something's going on

and what if I'm overreacting. I think so many parents have felt that tension. And then when she shared this moment where her daughter said, I can feel it, talking about her body not giving her the signals she needed. And it opened up this whole understanding about how some kids experience the world so differently on a sensory level. It was such a powerful reminder that often our kids are having a hard time and the more we understand what's going on beneath the surface, the better we can show up for them.
