One of the main concepts is that we have this upper limit of what we sort of feel like we can handle a positively,

Can you tell us how you came across this and you know how did you start researching this topic?

Well first I noticed it in myself. There's an old Turkish saying that if a bald man finds a cure, he will surely use it first on himself.

And so once I discovered the upper limit, well, let me give you a, the first time it happened to me,

I didn't know what to call it.

Because I hadn't really written the big leap yet,

but the first time I noticed it was actually 50 years ago.

I was overweight and I had lost 35 pounds.

I went on a new diet and I lost 35 pounds in a month and I was feeling great.
